Since 2010, he has been working in the real estate investment fund and investment banking. Since 2015, he had been with Blackstone, one of the world's largest real estate investment fund, where he has achieved c.2 trillion yen in real estate acquisitions and c.1 trillion yen in sales within Japan. He had been involved in the acquisition, management, and sale of various asset classes, including residential, office, retail, logistics, hotels, and data centers
Kensuke Nakahara
Since 2008, he has worked in the real estate investment and fund industry. In the early stages of career, engaged in RE finance business at ORIX. Subsequently, contributed to business expansion in Japan at CapitaLand, Singapore's largest developer; M&G Real Estate, a major British fund; and Phoenix Property Investors, one of Asia's largest funds. He has successfully led numerous projects across various asset types including residence, office, retail, and logistics in both Core and Opportunistic investments
Hironori Nakai
Since 2006, he has consistently been engaged in the real estate investment industry. He has led acquisition teams at CBREIM, HULIC and MC-UBS and has executed property acquisitions totaling over 700 billion yen during his career. He has particularly deep knowledge of the logistics and industrial sectors and has ample experience in successfully acquiring properties by providing solutions to management issues through CRE strategy proposals to business companies
Takanori Emura
Since 2008, he has over 17 years experiences at a real estate investment fund industry through acquisitions and asset management of various asset classes including residential, office, retail, and hotel. Prior to founding our firm, He led investment team as Head of Investments at Myria Residential, a top tier US state pension fund subsidiary in Tokyo
