Since 2008, he has worked in the real estate investment and fund industry. In the early stages of career, engaged in RE finance business at ORIX. Subsequently, contributed to business expansion in Japan at CapitaLand, Singapore's largest developer; M&G Real Estate, a major British fund; and Phoenix Property Investors, one of Asia's largest funds. He has successfully led numerous projects across various asset types including residence, office, retail, and logistics in both Core and Opportunistic investments
