Since 2006, he has consistently been engaged in the real estate investment industry. He has led acquisition teams at CBREIM, HULIC and MC-UBS and has executed property acquisitions totaling over 700 billion yen during his career. He has particularly deep knowledge of the logistics and industrial sectors and has ample experience in successfully acquiring properties by providing solutions to management issues through CRE strategy proposals to business companies
